Ordering Process
|
How to Order Online.
All our products are
catagorised into the following headings as found on the top
navigatonal bar. Trophies, Engraving, Gifts,
Promotional. These headings are divided
into sub-catagories found on the left-hand navigational bar.
The sub-catagories allow you to view our products at a glance.
To view more detail about any of the products, (eg. description, size, price, larger image), either click on the
product image, or on the hyperlinked text. This will take you the the product's detailed info & ordering page. Here you can customise the product and add it to your shopping cart.

We've also included a Search function on the top right of
each page (next to the shopping cart) to help you find a product faster.

Using the shopping cart
EngravingKing online provides an online shopping cart service. Once we receive your order, we'll reply to you with an obligation free quote & ETA.
To place an order, add products to your cart using the "Add To Cart" button found on the bottom-right corner of each product page.
To check or edit the contents of your shopping cart, click on the "trolley cart" image found on the top-right corner of the page.
This will display the items you hold in your cart.
If you are finished shopping and would like to submit your order, click the "Finalise Order" button found on the bottom-right corner of the "My Cart" page.
Here you will be required to enter some details, we will require: your name; email address; contact phone number; delivery address; delivery instructions (if you have a specific deadline),
so that we can quote your order.
What happens next?
Once you've submitted your order, you will automatically be sent a "order confirmation email" to the email address you specified.
Please make sure you have received this (usually within 2-30 minutes of submitting your order). If you havn't received your "order confirmation email",
please call us on 02 9436 0999, or send us an email to
sales@engravingking.com.au
We will email you back with a quote for your approval. You should receive a quote usually within 1-4 hours from when an order is submitted (during work hours). Sometimes things can take longer to respond to, particulary with custom orders, or large orders, generally all emails and orders that are received will be replied to within 1 day.

Submitting your artwork & text
If you have artwork or logos to submit (or if you want to submit your text), send us an email with your attachments after you submit your order, quoting the order number.
See our preferred file format and then email your attached files to
sales@engravingking.com.au or call (02) 9436 0999 for assistance.

Prices
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Postage, freight & handling charges are extra, but will be kept to a minimum.
Listed prices are especially for internet customers only, and not all may be available at the local retail level.
For some of the products in the Trophies Section, the price of engraving* has been
included in the final cost of the product. This information is displayed at the bottom of each product, " Engraving is included in the price*."
along with any other criteria.
Setup fees or additional costs may apply for intricate artwork and logos.
Job Setup Fees may apply for some products & are not included in the displayed costs.
Replication of colour logos and other artwork is possible on most of our trophies and awards.
For products displayed without engraving cost, please submit your engraving details and we will get back to you with a quote.
Our giftware section generally doesn't have engraving prices included. You can purchase our giftware as is, or you can choose to have them engraved.
We have great prices and excellent discounts for quantity purchases.
If you do require engraving, simply fill in your engraving details when you submit your page,
and we will get back to you with the prices for your approval before proceeding with your order.

Payment
Do Not email us credit
card details.
No Credit Card details are necessary when submitting your shopping cart.
Once we have received your order form, we will email you a quote and only when that quote is accepted, we will email you an invoice for payment.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit Card - by Faxing CC details using the authorisation form on the bottom of the invoice,
EFT / Direct Debit - account details are found on the bottom of the invoice, please allow 1-4 working days for bank clearance & email us when you've made payment so we can process your order quickly.
Mail - bank cheques, company cheques or money orders.
Cash - in person at our store.
We accept all major credit cards,
Mastercard, Visa, Amex (3% surcharge), Diners (3% surcharge).
All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars.

Delivery Rates (Delivery Australia Wide)
Your order will be
delivered by (registered) Courier or by Australia Post's
parcel service. We will use the most cost-effective option
taking into account weight and the urgency of the
delivery.
A signiture will need to be obtained for most orders dispatched with a courier, which is why it is best to use a business address for deliveries. You can instruct us to have your order "left at front door at the top of the stairs" or similar instructions, but you then must take the risk & responsibility for that parcel.
Typical Delivery Time:
Same day or next day for
Sydney Metropolitan Area,
Next Day for Major Cities & surrounding suburbs (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide),
Between 1-3 Days (Perth, Darwin, Tasmania).
For Rural Areas & Islands, please allow extra time (~between 3-9 days)
As soon as we receive your order we will provide you with a quote & estimated time of arrival of your order (including delivery time).

Accuracy of Product Data Displayed on Website
While every attempt is made to keep correct product data (including Dimensions supplied, Colour & Price), there will always inevitably be
minor discrepancies. Trophy products (in particular, Figurines) are updated every 6-12 months with minor adjustments, however it is not practical to update the image
with every minor change. Where the change is quite noticeable, we will inform you at the time of your order.
